Hi All, Sunday will be the bay clubs race day after it was postponed last weekend due to a lack of wind.

Hi All, The wind forecast is still looking excellent for Sunday with 16 -20 knots of westerly blowing through, the racing will start at 10:30 registration from 10am.

Metservice forecast for Kapiti to Waitarere: Outlook: Saturday: Becoming northwest and rising to 20 knots at times. Cloud increasing.

As I was being blown across the Matapihi railway bridge on Monday on my bike ride I thought this is a great wind for Blokarting.

Well, it ended up with no wind. Unfortunately I was at another organisation and their commuter system was down so couldn't send out the OPTN message or email to postpone.

Still looking good for tomorrow at Omaha. Meet by surfclub from about 11 am onwards. Grant if you are up there, can you give an update to me about 9 am on wind etc by text and...

Hi All, Well the Wind forecast is not improving and neither windfinder or the met service is predicting much wind although it is just a forecast.

Hi All, The BBC race day is on again this Sunday as last Sunday we only managed one round before the wind disappeared.
