These shots really capture the action don’t they – you seem to have found a way of getting the speed thing into the shot – maybe the clarity and detail around the wheels and spray and even the facial expressions too! - Were you enjoying yourself Orca? And look at the determination on Russell’s face!!

Specially great shots of Derek on the edge and the young boy in our old kart with the spray off the front wheel

Thanks Bruce and Russell, The trick is in the shutter speed..........all these were around 1/40th of a second.......... but you need heaps of light for the focus, as in the 'depth of field'. And making sure its heavily back-lit to bring up the spray. If anyone would like a full resolution A3 glossy of any of these for around $65.00 then get back to me..............Cheers Tony.
