The Track is not that bad, it can be as easy as you want it to be, it is quite wide and enough room for Karters with like competency levels. We only get problems when an inexperienced Karter makes sudden moves i.e. deviates from 'their' apparent line or a lighter Karter who gets blown onto your sailing line. As a passing Karter, the expectation is on you are to read whats in front and pass in a safe maneuver. So on our exciting day subsequent inquiries found that
Paul had just had a 'v' drink so you could say he was juiced up
Bob had nearly come to grief in an earlier lap when the mainsheet wrapped around his thumb and couldn't RELEASE QUICKLY.
So don't be put off by what you read especially from me. With all the different weight and Kart classes everyone should find themselves at the same 'competency' level.
