                        The simplest way is the place your front wheel on the ground with the valve stem in a virtical positon. Mark the point on the surface you are using. Move the wheel forward one revolution until the valve stem is again in a vertical position and and again mark the surface.Measure the distance between the marks and this will give you the circumference. Allow a couple of mm for deflection of the tire under load. I read here a number of different measurements but 982mm seems to be the closest.
