just a another reminder about the BAI AGM
at 10am on Sunday the 10th of August at Blokart Heaven in Papamoa.

Please find attached the current Constitution, the proposed Constitution

and change log. I have also included the minutes from last year's AGM.

For those of you who wish to stand for the committee, we usually meet at

10am at Blokart Heaven on the second Sunday of the month, before the Bay

Club's race day. For those too far away to travel, a free teleconference

call facility is used.

Finally our current President, Grant Crawshay, is to retire as required
in the constitution.
I would like to thank Grant on behalf of the committee and the members
of the association
for his contribution and leadership over the last three years.
