Since you have been away I will put you in the picture re mast prebend:

Try to achieve a 16 degree rake with a 23 metre radius at 2 metres and 14.5 at 3.5 metres increasing to 6 metres at 4.25 metres. A combination of standard carbons, fibreglass and the new double helix ultras will do the trick coupled with 42 kilos of triple pulley down haul and of course infinitely variable clutch release main sheet pulley and Kevlar sheet. Battens should be matched with 45% fullness easing to straight tail and also tension adjustable.
