what a buzz.Went to do the 50km race under instruction from my wife.Had a real blast and at the end of 50k was in that good a duel with Ray and Hot Dog that I thought maybe 1 or 2 more laps.None of us would give up so continued on to 100km mark.Thanks for a great race to everybody and an especialy big thank you to Russell for not only organising the race but even sacrificing racing to be starter and lap timer.Allso to Bruce and Jenny for the after BBQ and drinks.Thouroughly enjoyed it all,but must admit that Sonja was probably right that I should have stopped at 50km.I was totally worn out last night and in bed catching flies by 8pm.Hope to participate in many more of these events,especialy with the good wind and beach conditions.Anyone who did not make it this time,I can reccomend your trying to attend next time.
