Not an IT wizzard but have downloaded and played a few games. The manual says that you can turn off some of the features, tyre marks, shadow, high resolution etc to make a play better but this may not help your problem if you can't actually get in. Go to options and turn everything off and then see if you can access through play. It can be a bit of a time waster! Otherwise there is a support address in the help manual.

I don't think using simsail makes you sail faster at BPP but it's worth a go.
