Hope you are wrong Theo, it's howling here today, hard to imagine no wind tomorrow. It's not all bad because only the S. Heavies have ever raced with 5.5s before so it would be much needed practice for the rest, although only for a race or two, then bring on the wind. See if you can arrange another day like last Sunday. See you tomorrow.
Russell
Unfortunately I’m with Theo on this one Russell. That pesky trough is likely to glide over the BOP, so it will definitely be 5.5m weather. So certainly the time to get some 5.5 proctice in. It will be interesting how the heavyweights and middleweights go.
Bruce Pulman Park is looking a little bit wet but with slightly better winds rising in the afternoon.

Hi Theo,
No wind !! I'll have submit my apologies for today and try again in a week or two. Thanks

(Auckland)
Another light wind day Sunday I’m afraid – why couldn’t it have been like yesterday – oh that’s right – we’re in the 7 day weather cycle again....And Auckland too has a bonus – RAIN.
So I think today might be a time to catch up on all those thing we should have done rather than blokarting – so we won’t feel so bad when we do go sailing. Or catching up on Super Saturday on the TV reruns – the Olympics AND the Rugby – can’t get enough! It’s good to be a Kiwi again!
If the wind comes up beyond the 7-10 that I’m expecting then I’ll be a starter for Bruce Pulman Park – rain or no rain!
I hope the wind is looking better for the ABC team that were/are going to the Bay Race Day.
Cheers
Grant
